Well, almost all of it. I started to watch when the female older blonde phys ed teacher got a part in the musical. I am a little confused about the dynamic between that character and the main character in the show. The real show not the musical they are performing. This is pretty confusing, I am sorry. I would appreciate some insight regarding the relationship betweem the male, thirty something main character who is a teacher and the female thirty something phys-ed teacher whom always seems to be wearing the same identical red gymsuit. p.s. if you do dye it blonde do NOT use a box color, it will damage your hair therefore causing it to break and become brittle, until you need to chop it all off...go to the hair dresser to do it, or if that's too expensive try a hairdressing school..if they mess up the teachers will fix it...and make sure it is EXACTLY how you want it or else tell them and they'll fix it | How do I get really light blonde hair to a more natural darker blonde? So I have really light blonde hair (bleach blonde, almost white), I've had it for about 4 years and I'm so bored of it now and as new years is coming up I think its time for a more mature change (I'm 16 now). I really want to go a natural darkish golden blonde but I'm not sure how I could do it, my mums a hair dresser so I would get her to do it for me.. Any ideas? | If your hair is processed to almost white, you need to replace some pigment before dyeing your hair again. Do NOT grab a level darker than you want, as porous processed hair will grab much darker than unprocessed hair will.
So, if you want it to be a medium blonde/lightest brown and it is now very pale, you are going to need to "fill" the hair with a pigment before coloring with permanent color. Filling means to add color beneath the color to replace the pigment that was lost in the lightening process. if you dont fill it, your hair will grab the "base" color of whatever you are using to re-color. (Ex, if you use an ashy blonde dye, it will turn greenish blue.) SO, do not fill it with an ash color, use something with orange in it. I knw it sounds insane, but you need to make it orange so that you can make it come out properly in the end.
This is a common misconception that you can dye over bleached hair easily; it's quite tricky and you should talk to a color pro first. Or research as much as possible until it makes sense (Im sure all I am saying is confusing, sorry!)
The last thing you want is green hair, so be careful and have fun!
EDIT: It seems easy to just throw dye on top of what you currently have but believe me, it is a science. Learn before you do it and try to talk to your mom about color fillers ("fillers" can be semi-permanent color glosses that go on before the permanent color. Like using Shades EQ by Redken, a warm level nine will work, like papaya or something else with warm tones in it..)

Besides, right now you have more important concerns than LOOKING mature. You and your boy friend need to start planning for this little life you're going to bring into the world around Presidents' Day. You want to do everything in your power to make sure that your guy is healthy and is born into a stable, loving environment. From that perspective, the color of his or her mother's hair is pretty low on the list of priorities!
Even if there's going to be a very special occasion between now and then, one that involves a preacher and a bunch of your friends in matching dresses and people saying "I do," you can probably manage to look beautiful and radiant as a blonde OR a brunette! |
